Forgot the medicine
They forgot to the send the RX to the pharmacy and we were the only patient that evening.
Then, the next morning they did not have the phone turned on at 8 AM. I had to call Kroger store and get them to walk to the clinic to have them call me.
No apology or anything. What poor service.
