    NARMC family clinic

    I hate the way they do things if I need to contact them it is almost impossible!! they won't let you talk to a human being! first if I need a refill of my meds I am supposed to contact pharmacy and they in turn contact the dr for new refills wish it was that simple but no I waited until the third day and no refill so I called pharmacy and they say they have already faxed the dr so then I have to call dr myself that is a joke when I call dr can I talk to a human> NO so they give me the dr;s nurse which is an answering machine! so now I have to wait and hope they will ever read it!!! so now what?? will I get my pills?
