Do Not Go To This Primary Care Facility
I would NEVER recommend this primary care facility. I have had problem after problem going to these providers. Their office is very outdated. All of the providers do the bare minimal treatments possible, never look at the patient as a whole, or your health history. The providers are all inconsistent with their plan of care, rush to get every visit done and you will never get an appointment with the same provider. They have continuously prescribed incorrect medications from what was discussed in the office visit and do not send the correct prescriptions to the pharmacy. They will order tests that you do not consent to and still bill you for them. The front office staff is terrible and always give you the wrong information. Communication throughout the whole office is horrendous and nothing is ever done correctly. Do not go to this primary care facility!
