    UNPROFESSIONAL

    The receptionist and the nurse were very efficient. Dr. Moore could use some refreshment training on his paperwork. He signed off on my DOT physical with the wrong national registry number. The DOL in Bellingham couldn’t update my license, and I had to drive back and forth wasting over 2 hours to get the documents corrected. LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL!
