    Run from this place!!!

Stay away from this place and organization!!

1). So many mistakes on a continuous basis that it would take too much space to list them all. Arrogance to not even learn or own their mistakes and lack of patient care.

2), Doctor gave me an injection which was supposed to go into my right shoulder AC joint, but after a couple tries and missing he admitted he had never done this type of injection!!!

3). My doctor left the clinic and their was no notice sent to patients and when I inquired, they just said patients could find out when they came in. Never have seen this type of amateur hour at any other medical clinic.

4). Their head doctor, without seeing me or discussing with me, changed the dosage on a medicine that you have to correctly taper off of over a course of months to years, reduced the dosage by 66%, and said I had to taper off in 30 days. Went into withdrawal symptoms immediately due to the dangerous reduction in the dose and also was completely erroneous in regards to what the medial community and the documents about this medicine on the Washington Stage Medical website. No patient care and lack of knowledge in regards to proper taper and med.

5). Elevated this issue to their Director of Clinics and finally spoke to her after leaving three consecutive messages over 3-4 weeks. She was rude, tried to talk over me, blamed me for their mistakes, didn't for one minutes even acknowledge their errors or offer an apology. I see this may be symptomatic of their organization as I experienced this type of terrible customer service from a lot of their staff.

In closing, we are switching back to the Everett Clinic after an effort to support our small town's businesses, which in this case was a huge mistake on our part by giving Arlington Family Medicine and Skagit Regional Health a chance. Run!!
