Horrible Customer Service
My wife went here to see Dr. Waddle for a routine checkup. He ordered a bunch of lab work and coded the bill incorrectly. I called back and had them re-code the lab work. They did it wrong AGAIN. The third time they flatly refused to re-code the lab order. Now I'm having to dispute the bill with the Texas Department of Insurance simply because FMA can't get their customer service down.
