This is the worst doctor EVER.

This is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with by far. My grandparents have been seeing him for over 20 years and he has been nothing but terrible to them.

My grandfather was taking 15+ medications a day, but Dr. Rogers couldn't be bothered to keep an up-to-date medication list. When my grandpa would be sent to the hospital, the hospital would end up calling me to get his medications list because Dr. Rogers was unable to provide one.

When it came time for my grandfather to pass away, Dr. Rogers insisted that my grandmother chose a hospice company that HE wanted, not the one that she felt was best for my grandfather's care. He went as far as to threaten to refuse care for my grandmother if she went with the hospice company she felt more comfortable with.

Because my grandmother did not want to lose her primary care doctor as well, she was forced to choose the company Dr. Rogers insisted on. The company came out, did the intake process and prescribed comfort care medication. When Dr. Rogers saw the prescription, he refused to allow them to submit it to the pharmacy because, and I quote, "I want to see your grandfather suffer." He said that to me over the phone.

We were able to transfer my grandfather's care to the hospice team entirely and get the proper medication. My grandfather passed within 6 hours of receiving the medication that Dr. Rogers wanted to deny him. My grandfather's nurse said had he not had that medication, my grandpa may have had to suffer and choke to death for days.

The time that should have been spent with my grandfather as he was dying was instead spent arguing with this idiot to make sure my grandfather was able to get the care that he was supposed to receive. Dr. Rogers made our lives, during an already difficult time, a living hell, and he enjoyed every single minute of it.

This man is despicable. He is condescending. He is rude. His credentials should be stripped and he should be shamed for the way that he treats his patients.
