    CDL Re-Certifcation Nightmare

Dr. Jennifer Chiavetta-Grisanti has VERY POOR bedside manner. If you can avoid having any of your CDL's physical needs through this practice save yourself the mistreatment provided by Dr. Chiavetta-Grisanti. Unfortunately, my father's employer utilizes this doctor for CDL recertifications. Dr. Chiavetta-Grisanti seems to be annoyed by those whom enter her practice for these specific services (DOT-CDL Re-Certs). Clearly she's providing this services (non chiropractor services) for the monetary gain. My Father was due for his CDL re-cert and upon him entering her office; he's immediately asked for his DL's and $95 (re-cert fee) without any greeting from her. Her tone and attitude toward paying customers is truly unwarranted and UNPROFESSIONAL. Furthermore, she requested a letter from my father's primary care physician advising of the reasoning him no longer needing to be on a specific prescribed medication in order to grant re-certification paper. We managed to obtained said letter from our PCP and hand delivered it to her today. Upon arriving back to her place of practice she try to find other things wrong to not grant him the re-certification approval paperwork. I say all of this to say, this behavior toward paying customers is unacceptable and not okay. Dr. Chiavetta-Grisanti needs to improve her bedside manner. Her being a DOCTOR does not make her better than everyone else.
