Falsely Claims to Have State Mandate for Drug Tests
Columbia Medical Clinic recently admitted that there is no state mandate requiring them to subject patients to random drug tests just for receiving certain medications. This admission came after they were caught passing off a void contract as a Controlled Substances Agreement.
When a contract is void it is invalid from its conception and cannot be enforced. You can sign it all you want because it is worthless. When the contract author claims the contract is "mandated by the Oregon State Legislature" when in fact the contract is not required at all, the basis for the agreement in the first place is false thus the contract is void.
This clinic does not have a Controlled Substances Agreement. It just has a piece of paper with "Controlled Substances Agreement" written on it.
