    Poor excuse for medical professionals

HORRIBLE experience that deserves -5 stars.
People here must hate their job. I arrived at 8am for a drug screen. Signed in and stood by the glass door entrance because there was not a soul at the reception desk or lobby. I was not 100% confident anyone knew I was there. I had just driven 40 miles from Murphy, NC. I had been drinking a lot of water for my drug screen and I had to go to the bathroom. Also, it feels good to stand up after a long car ride. So, I was standing by the glass door reading my phone, minding my business. The fact that I was standing and not sitting in one of their uncomfortable plastic chairs in the waiting room must have pissed off the receptionists. One said to the other in disgust, "Look, she's just standing there" while the other receptionists/ medical assistant replied "I know, what an idiot".
No doubt they were talking about me because I was the only one there. I heard everything. That glass door is not very sound-proof. I looked at both receptionists and loudly said "I can hear you". They both looked a little shocked yet apathetic. No apology, nothing. I peed in the cup and left. This place sucks. Obviously disgruntled, underpaid receptionists and medical assistants who could care less about helping people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My visit was on 3/31/2020 at 8am in the morning. I won't name the receptionists / medical assistants but hopefully the owner will know who they are and offer them proper training in customer service. If you hate your job, leave. This review will be posted on every social media page I can find. You're welcome.
