MedSpring Urgent Care

MedSpring has urgent care centers in and around Austin, Houston, Dallas / Fort Worth TX and Chicago, IL. Most MedSpring centers are open from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m every day with a physician on-site, although we have some centers with extended hours from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. Feel free to make a scheduled or same day appointment, or simply walk right in for your urgent care visit. We accept most major insurance plans and have affordable self-pay rates.
