Fast Pace Urgent Care

I had the most horrible experience at Lewisburg Fast Pace... @ 8:30pm I went in for constipation, while I was waiting I heard the 2 staff members talking about how much they hate the people that come in! Then, after the urine analysis, I was told I possibly had a tick borne illness, but critically important, they diagnosed from my vitals that I had an aneurism that could burst any second and that I needed to go to Williamson Medical IMMEDIATELY by ambulance. I argued that I didn't have one... the practitioner said 100% without a doubt I had one, called another person in who also said 100% without a doubt!! I said I would drive myself and they made me sign a liability release, and informed me I could easily die in the way and think about the other people I might kill in the process. After making sure that they were going to send the complete diagnosis to Williamson (including the tick borne illness so they could follow up since they would be drawing blood) I drove up to Williamson ER and checked in. The male nurse checked and indicated his doubt about the analysis... and doctor came in and also indicated the same sentiment, but stated they needed to do a CAT scan to be sure. I had a CAT scan, urine test and blood test... all 100% NEGATIVE!! NO ANEURISM!! I drove home at 1:30am. Called to check on the blood test... they knew nothing about the tick borne illness... were never informed!!! I went back to Fast Pace the first opportunity as I still needed to have the blood test for the tick borne illness... it took a week but also came back negative. Dan informed me they wouldn't charge the office visits but I would have to pay for the blood test!... But, of course, I received a bill for everything. Also, bills from the CAT scan, blood test and everything else... totaling around $2000. after insurance!! For nothing!!! The doctor at Williamson said the diagnosis was an ignorant and totally inexperienced one!!! After calling, talking to staff at the Lewisburg clinic and Face Pace corporate office multiple times I never received a call back from the regional manager overseeing the area clinics... all I ultimately got from them is they could comp the office visits!! The stress I went through, time and money lost for ill trained staff!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Billing patients with insurance even patients with 2 insurance a year later. Losing medicine and paperwork. Wait time for allergy shot or just to be seen is ridiculously long. Stopped going due to inconsistency and now drive to Murfreesboro to recieve services through different provider
