    Online system for appointments stinks

Quicker to do walk in. Online appointment resulted in at least 6 maybe 10 walk in folks going ahead of me even with overhead display listing me as first in line. Asked why and they blamed new system. I just needed a dot exam. None of these were emergency cases. I have doing these exams every two years for as long as they have been required and never had to wait this long. Original wait poste was 0-12 minutes. Took an hour.
