Scheduling Frustration
Had a 9:15am appt today for which I fasted. Showed up at 9:14 and was told my appointment was actually at 9:00 and that because I was 4 minutes past the 10 minute grace period they wouldn't see me. Reception even called back to the nurse practitioner to make sure she couldn't see me (which the NP answered b/c she obviously wasn't too busy), and was told no. I then pulled up and showed them my My Chart appointment notice, which said 9:15am, but they wouldn't budge. Like everyone, I'm a busy person and can't be wasting my time on account of obviously their clerical errors. Will be finding a different practice to go to.
