Insurance forced us to go here to get a referral to my wife's current doctor, who was & still is "in network". We were told she had to pay for a doctor's appointment to get the referral. After which she was told they wouldn't give her a referral, even though they don't have similar services as our current provider. We went through 3 appeals with them, and they still denied it. Not once did they mention any reason regarding health... only that they want all business coming through them. Money-hungry in the worst way.
