I can't understand the point of wasting taxpayer dollars on a facility that is essentially useless. The staff is incompetent and frequently refers basic needs issues to primary care physicans or urgent care. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS CLINIC???? It is frequently empty and staff act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. My message to the staff: Sorry you have to get off your chair and stop scrolling your Facebook news feed to actually do the job you were hired to do. ...My message to the powers that be in keeping this place running: Shut it down or hire competent providers who have a thorough understanding of treating basic needs situations, and who have the motivation to actually work for the the money they are earning.
