    Horrible service

I finally talked my husband into going to see a doctor because he has problems with his knees and elbows. He is a welder so I knew it was most likely arthritis or bursitis. He hurts every night, but the pain has reached the point that he can't sleep at night. The doctor pretty much called him a liar and then prescribed him several medications. She told him that tests would cost money and that he probably wouldn't want to do that since he didn't have insurance. The assumption of someone without insurance is that they don't have the money to pay? My husband hates taking any kind of medication. Now he won't even pick up the prescription since he was not evaluated properly he is not convinced he should be taking those medications. Express Med needs better medical staff that can at least refer patients to someone with more creditials if a patient's ailments are above their level of experience or expertise.
